Fishbowl (ERP) Data Integrity Project | January 2024 - present
- Lead a team comprised of engineers and a product manager to overhaul the company’s approach to data management and data integrity within the ERP
- Implement a parent ID system, simplify and normalize part numbers, redefine business rules, and direct the strategy for the approach to model-building and process development
- Institute a data processing audit trail, conduct kaizen testing, and provide continuous process improvement with the input of stakeholders and users
